LowTemperatureFlare NTF

NTF
The series NTF serves as a start-up and emergency flare - according to „TA-Luft“ with open burning. It fits especially for thermal disposal of surplus combustible gases - which occur in biogas, sewage gas and landfill gas plants - and is used with various special gases as well.
The flares are available with DVGW-tested 1 or 2-stage gas valve engine with a gas flow rate of 50-2000Nm3/h. If higher gas flow rates are required, we are happy to produce special flares or combined modules for you.
The flare burner starts when the start signal and the gas pressure due for flare. The burner control unit controls the electric ignition and automatically monitors the flame during operation. All control functions are housed in a weather-resistant and ready to connect control box.
All wetted parts are fabricated from V4A steel, blasted and passivated.
Ignition systems: Direct ignition with high voltage electrodes and accordingly ignition burner starting with NTF 750.

MiddleTemperatureFlare MTU

The series MTU serves as a start-up and emergency flare - according to „TA-Luft“ with concealed burning. It fits especially for thermal disposal of surplus combustible gases - which occur in biogas, sewage gas and landfill gas plants - and is used with various special gases as well.

 

The flares are available with DVGW-tested 1 or 2-stage gas valve engine with a gas flow rate of 50-2000Nm3/h. If higher gas flow rates are required, we are happy to produce special flares or combined modules for you.

The MTU series is available with or without ATEX-approved compressor.

HighTemperatureFlare HTF

The series HTF serves as a operation flare - according to „TA-Luft“ with automatic exhaust gas temperature control to 1000°C and a duration time of at least 0.3 sec. It fits especially for thermal disposal of surplus combustible gases - which result in landfill gas plants - and is used with various special gases as well.

The flares are available with DVGW-tested 1 or 2-stage gas valve engine with a gas flow rate of 50-1500Nm3/h.
HTF-flares are supplied with a heat-resistant ceramic insulation (up to 1220 ° C) of the burning chamber and an automatically controlled air-inlet.

Gas compressor GVD

The gas compressor serves as a booster fan for biogas, natural gas and various special gases. Specifically it is characterized by a simple, maintenance-free construction.


By the cat. ATEX II 2G the gas compressor GVD is also suitable for extracting of explosive gas mixtures.

 

The precision-balanced aluminum rotor is driven directly by a corrosion-resistant stainless steel shaft. The shaft is sealed with a double lip seal and is lubricated with an automatic lubricator.
A very energy efficient use of the compressor is made possible by a speed control by frequency.

Biomethan combustion facilities

Example: special flare NTF6x2000 in Germany:


This facility serves to safely dispose of biogas and biomethane utilizing a single burner system, which consists of a twelve-stage burner device and the necessary ancillaries. Further configurations can be offered on request.


All parts, which are subjected to contact with the particular mediums, are manufactured from stainless steel, welded, pickled and passivated. Each burner head has its own ignition burner and UV flame monitoring. The facility is controlled by a superordinate system.

Landfill gas stations

We support you with pleasure! Starting from project planning up to the introduction of your fully automatic landfill gas stations.
Based on the pre-commissioning made in our factory - if requested with safety standards authority decrease and certification - the introduction of the compressor station becomes shorter on site for approx. 2 days.

Compressor stations

Compressor stations are either available in turn-key container design or as a module for installation in existing plants.
Our compressor stations raise gas pressure in the outgoing pipe with a volume stream from up to 2500Nm3 / h on a pressure level from up to 160 mbar. The heart of every compressor station is our low-maintenance, ATEX certified centrifugal compressor GVD.
Due to the shallow curve of the compressor, a stable output pressure is ensured by varying operating conditions
