In order to feed biogas into the natural gas can, it must be cleaned and dried processed. There are different technologies available today. The process of GASAUFBEREITUNG HIMMEL is an environmentally friendly technology, which works with relatively low process pressure and without the use of additional chemicals.

The BioMem method used by  GASAUFBEREITUNG HIMMEL is essentially based on the difference in permeability (migration velocity) of gases in polymers.

 

This is the raw gas from the existing fermenters, CH4 contained handed deposited over the process and to a BioMem incoming feeder.

 

The first step is taken, the pre-desulfurized biogas and filtered using a high pressure compressor on, for the separation process required operating pressure. Which, by the compression process in the gas thermal energy is registered by means of intermediate and after coolers made in the area. During the cooling process, the resulting free condensate is separated.

 

The compressed and dried raw gas is then directed through a plurality of membrane filter elements, and in two streams (permeate and retentate) were separated.
